gfxboot-themes-opensuse software package provides tool to test and create graphical boot logos (openSUSE theme), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfxboot-themes-opensuse
gfxboot-themes-opensuse is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfxboot-themes-opensuse package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfxboot-themes-opensuse *
You will get with gfxboot-themes-opensuse package name, version, architecture and description in a table
